Our 2 acre farm supports an active CSA, catering menus, a produce market and production kitchen. During the height of the season, from June through October you can stop by our Thursday market and get the freshest tastiest produce and food around. From November through the end of May we switch gears and slow down as the harvest slows down too. We go on a bi-weekly basis (every other week) and augment with organic produce from the coast to give us a full rounded seasonal palate of ingredients to cook with all winter long.
Summer Hours: July is the beginning of abundant harvest on the farm. Cucumbers, eggplants, squash, herbs, daikon and much more. Tomatoes are an end of July through October phenomena.
We are now open at our newest location (Outer Aisle Venue) every other Thursday at Outer Aisle Venue: 7/12; 7/26; 8/29; 8/23 and so forth.
