OA Policy for CSA/Food Hub Customers

Our goal is to bring the freshest in season produce from growers that we trust. Our policies are simple and aligned to our values.

  1. On occasion an item gets packed that isn’t up to par – please let us know and we will reimburse you/credit your account. We trust our product but occasionally make a mistake too – please let us know so we can correct it.
  2. We charge 3% surcharge to partially cover the cost of offering credit and debit cards. You can either pay the surcharge or elect to sign up for electronic checking (no charge) or mail in a personal or bank check (no charge).
  3. We charge a $3 “box delivery fee” to compensate for fuel and the cost of the box itself. It’s required by law to pack in clean containers and while we encourage reuse we inspect each box to make sure it’s up to standard. Please either recycle, reuse or get it back to us.
  4. We deliver to drop points at pre-designated times and sometimes for reasons beyond our control we may run late in which case you will get an email correspondence to that effect.
  5. Some of our drop points are in public places and while we ensure that your box is delivered in a timely manner and notification is sent as soon as it’s delivered we do not guarantee that your box will be there into the evening hours or the next day – please ensure you pickup in a reasonable time frame.
  6. We also deliver directly to your door, within a reasonable radius of our delivery route for $10 per delivery.
